Easy Smoked Salmon Pizza

If you want to make something unique and tasty, maybe to impress a date or just to snack on, Smoked Salmon pizza is it. This dish is great for dinner but also works for brunch. Ooo, versatility!

Smoked Salmon Pizza
1 large Boboli
4-6 oz. Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon
4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tbs. dill
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. white horseradish
olive oil, salt and pepper

Brush the crust w/ olive oil and bake at 450 degrees until the edges are crispy or about 13 minutes. Cool the crust to room temperature.

Mix cream cheese, onion, dill, lemon peel, horseradish in a food processor and season with salt and pepper. If you don't have a food processor, chop the the ingredients into small pieces and mix in a bowl.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Boboli and top with salmon. You can sprinkle a few pieces of dill on top for garnish.
